Dragonfly is a comprehensive monitoring of the Digital Underground that helps transforming the information of security and anti-fraud operations from reactive to proactive.
This tool was built for the internal analysts and its main goal was to track the online stores that sell the stolen credit cards and credentials and by using IntelliQ, to eliminate the frauds.
This tool was created lightweight but strong enough to make the analysis of the stores that steal credit cards, as well as to create by AI users that negotiate with the cyber criminals the purchase of the cards as well as locate them and capture them, so that way we have an ugly guy out of the streets.
The system had just a previous interview with the stakeholders at the company, the client and with some main users (analysts), that almos determine and ask about their needs and goals and what to expect of the tool. These chats were used as part of the process to generate the possible escenarios and the personas.
This tool never looked that good :(
