Q6 Cyber is a startup that monitors the Digital Underground - a vast universe of online sites, marketplaces, communities, and forums where hackers, fraudsters, and cybercriminals operate and interact. Our 24x7 coverage includes not only the Dark Web and Deep Web, but also malware networks, botnets, and other cybercrime infrastructure and private messaging platforms.

By tracking the "bad guys" wherever they are, we help you stay ahead of their malicious schemes

IntelliQ is their 24x7 comprehensive monitoring of the Digital Underground that helps transforming  the information of security and anti-fraud operations from reactive to proactive.

This tool was built for American Express and its main goal was to track and stop fraudsters wherever they operate to proactively identify and eliminate emerging threats and imminent attacks - before they rear their ugly heads.

The Approaches

To make a useful tool

This tool was created to make bank executives in cybersecurity lives easy and this tool's goal was to help them display at least 1 million of lines of data in a practical way without making the system to collapse and presenting the solutions in real-time and easy to reach.

To make it functional for everyone

The system had just a previous interview with the stakeholders at the company, the client and with some main users (analysts), that almos determine and ask about their needs and goals and what to expect of the tool. These chats were used as part of the process to generate the possible escenarios and the personas.
